Bookings
Our Conference Centre (the Wedge) is regularly booked out 8-12 months in advance for weekends so please get in touch well in advance. Midweek bookings may be able to be accommodated with less notice. Please have a read over the Venue’s features we offer along with our FAQ page, to see if our Venue will be suitable for your group.
PRICING MODEL
At Commonground we aim to support social change. We prioritise groups who are working directly for social change and who are made up of and/or are working with people living with disadvantage.
Commonground is a not-for-profit and we do not receive corporate or government funding. To remain sustainable we ask those groups who can pay more, to pay more, so we can offer affordable rates to groups who need it.
If you are unable to afford our prices, we are in the process of establishing a grants program to provide cheap and/or free bookings for high priority groups. Applications will be available via our website soon. Please email us at admin@common-ground.org.au to be notified when this is in place.
Catering
Commonground provides catering to groups, or self-catering with access to full commercial kitchen facilities and equipment.
Catering provided by Commonground consists of:
continental self-serve breakfast
morning tea with a snack
a hearty cooked lunch
afternoon tea with a snack
a two course table service dinner.
Special dietary requirements can be catered for with sufficient notice.
Price is generally $70 to $90 per person per day depending on the caterer and requirements of the group.
